What is Aerial Photography?

Aerial photography is a type of photography that uses airplanes or helicopters to capture images. This technology can be used for many purposes, including mapping, surveying, real estate development, and more. Aerial photographs are often considered to be higher quality than other forms of photography because they capture details that are difficult to see from ground level. Additionally, aerial photographers can get a closer look at areas that would be inaccessible from the ground.

What is Aerial Photography and why is it useful?

Aerial photography is commonly used for a variety of purposes, including:

  • Real estate marketing
  • Landscaping and construction
  • Agricultural mapping
  • Urban planning and design
  • Traffic control
  • Land management surveying
  • Property recording.

Aerial Photography is carried out by a qualified operator on the ground using a remote-controlled drone.

What is a Drone?

A drone is a type of aircraft that is used for aerial photography and videography. It consists of a pair of rotors that are operated by an onboard controller, which allows the user to take photographs or videos from high up in the air. Drones have become increasingly popular because they’re easy to operate and allow you to shoot video footage that’s more accurate and smoother than traditional film cameras.

They can also be used for other purposes such as monitoring crops, mapping land use, detecting fires, or conducting survey work. As technology advances, drones will likely continue to evolve into even more sophisticated platforms that offer greater functionality and flexibility. So whether you’re looking for creative new photo projects or just want to make sure your property rights are protected during routine surveying sessions – a drone may be the perfect tool for you!
