TB Drones offers efficient and high-quality roof inspection services. We use a drone to provide excellent photographs of the roof, ridge tiles, valleys, and gutters for roofing specialists to assess. To make the process easier, we divide the roof into sections and eliminate the need for expensive scaffolding or ladder access.

Recently, I was commissioned to inspect the roof of a dental practice in Leicester and provide photographs of the roof, ridge tiles, valleys, gutters, and second-floor windows. The building was challenging to navigate, with an irregular shape and a steeply sloping driveway at the front and garages at the back, making it impractical to erect scaffolding.

After obtaining necessary permissions, using a drone, I completed the inspection in just over an hour, and the resulting photographs were edited for brightness and sorted into relevant folders based on the bird’s eye map of the roof. The entire process of editing and sorting took just under 3.5 hours, and the client had all the necessary information within five hours.

Compared to traditional methods, using a drone saved the client a considerable amount of time and money on scaffolding and ladder access. Additionally, it eliminated the safety concerns associated with working at heights.
